Product Returns

Textbooks, pocket guides, and non-customized wallcharts can be returned within 30 days for full refunds minus shipping fees. Customized wallcharts and farm signs are not refundable. To initiate a return, please contact the CFSPH for instructions.

Veterinary Biologics Training Program Refund

Registration fees for the Veterinary Biologics Training Program are fully refundable for all individuals who are unable to attend. Requests for refunds must be received before the last day of the month prior to the conference. There is no cancellation fee. To initiate a refund please contact CFSPH for instructions.

Refunds for Other CFSPH Meetings

Registration fees for CFSPH meetings other than the Veterinary Biologics Training Program are fully refundable up to a week (7 days) prior to the event. Individuals who cancel their registration within the week prior to the event are subject to a $100 cancellation fee which is deducted from their refund amount.
