software may cause problems in viewing the courses. Please disable any popup

Flash Requirement Throughout both courses, there are certain interactive
graphics that have been developed to enhance the learning
experience. These graphics are developed using the Macromedia® Flash
technology. Most computers will have this software already
installed. If an image appears directly below that says "Flash
Installed", you are ready to proceed through the course.
If an image does not appear on the right, a window will
appear allowing you to download the correct Flash player.
You can also select the link below to manually start
the installation process. Note: If you are required
to download the current Flash software, after it has
installed you may need to close down your browser and/or
restart your computer.
Adobe® Reader
Requirement Both courses provide printable documentation
in the form of PDFs. To view these PDFs you will need
to have the Adobe® Reader software. Use the link
below to download the free Adobe® Reader. Note:
