ANY USE OF THE CFSPH WEBSITE CONSTITUES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AS STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the CFSPH website, its content, or files. Be advised that these terms can be changed at any time, without notice and will be effective immediately upon posting to the CFSPH website.

The CFSPH website and all files contained herein (e.g. text, images, graphics, PDF files, PowerPoint files, etc.) are copyrighted by Iowa State University, unless otherwise noted.
The main goal of the CFSPH website is to educate the public. In lieu of this, the CFSPH acknowledges the “fair use” provision of copyright law and provides users of this website with specific terms for the use of any material contained in this website.

We do not warrant that downloaded files from this website will be free of all malicious or contaminating code such as viruses, worms, and Trojan horses although significant effort is put forth to avoid any such issues.
The content contained on this site is continually updated, without notice to our users, as new scientific findings emerge, inaccuracies are corrected, or as the CFSPH deems necessary. - The CFSPH maintains a list of individuals who have completed any of the Continuing Education courses offered on this website and may share that information to local, state, or federal authorities upon request.

Biological Risk Management Addendum
The BRM content, files, and online application are provided with specific terms in this section. These terms serve as an addendum to the terms that govern the entire CFSPH website. This addendum ONLY covers the files and content found within the following directories of the CFSPH website: www.cfsph.iastate.edu/BRM and www.cfsph.iastate.edu/BRMforProducers
THE BRM CONTENT AND ONLINE APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. USE OF THE BRM CONTENT AND ONLINE APPLICATION IS AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE USER. The CFSPH encourages all users to keep hard copies of all client documentation as backup.
The BRM content, files, and online application are designed for practicing veterinarians, veterinary clinics, and animal health professionals. Thus, they are created for both commercial and non-profit groups alike. Written permission is NOT required when BRM content and files are used by commercial or for-profit purposes under a valid relationship equivalent to a veterinary/client relationship.

Emphasis of Privacy
The CFSPH wants to assure users of the BRM online application that all identifiable information such as name, contact information, clients, etc. will all be held confidential. All data collected will be de-identified when used for reporting or analysis purposes. No identifiable information will be made accessible to any group outside of the CFSPH with out due process of law.
